Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes (peeled and boiled)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika or chili powder (for a little heat)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander or parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl until completely smooth.
  2. Add cornflour, all-purpose flour, and spices. Mix everything well until it forms a soft dough.
  3. Roll out the dough into a flat sheet (about ½ inch thick).
  4. Cut into long finger shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato sticks on medium heat until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle a pinch of salt or cheese powder on top while still hot.

Serve with ketchup, garlic mayo, or spicy dipping sauce — and prepare for them to vanish in minutes!
